All linear solutions by Rollon are distinguished by optimal guiding properties at low friction and thus contribute to low energy consumption. Rollon offers its customers nine different product lines. The spectrum ranges from roller sliders to linear ball bearings and miniature rails to curvilinear rails.
History of Rollon linear technology
Founded in 1975, Rollon traded in roller bearings, at the same time developing and manufacturing their own roller cages. 1979 saw the development of the roller sliders Compact Rail, the telescopic extensions Telescope Rail and the linear ball bearings Easy Rail, which to this day are the basis for the company's strength. The continuous optimisation of these core products remains one of the most important tasks at Rollon.

The Compact Rail roller slider which allows compensation of height and angle errors with various rail profiles, is just one example for the continued innovative development of the existing product range. At the same time, the regular introduction of new product families, such as curvilinear rails, miniature rails, roller sliders based on roll stamping of sheet metal, and other linear systems, demonstrate the constant process of product extension and optimisation. Each extension to the product portfolio is based upon the experience of the nine product families to date as well as market demands - that is linear technology for all applications from a full-range supplier.
