X-Rail roller embossed linear guides in steel and stainless steel
X-Rail is the product family of roller embossed guide rails for applications in which high corrosion resistance and an especially economical price performance ratio are required. Fixed bearing rails, compensating bearing rails and telescopic extension on roller base are available in stainless steel or zinc-plated steel. X-Rail linear guides are used for compensation of deviations in structure parallelism and used even in heavily contaminated environments and at high temperatures.
X-Rail linear guides in steel and stainless steel - Characteristics
X-Rail is an economical roller guide made of stainless steel or zinc-plated steel. It is resistant to corrosion and insensitive even to scratches and impacts. Rollers are lubricated for life.
- Three sizes 20, 30 and 45 mm
- Standard rail lengths up to 3,120 mm, other lengths on request
- Low friction coefficient
- Combinaton of T and U rails for fixed bearing rails / compensating bearing rails applications
- Simple adjustment of the pre-stress of the slider
- Rollers of the stainless steel version are protected from splash water by a plastic seal
- High temperature resistance up to 120°C
Also available as telescopic extension with 30 mm in rail width.
