Rollon GmbH respects your privacy. We inform you in each case where we intend to collect, process or use personal data arising from your visit to the website. You decide which personal data we receive and for which purposes we are allowed to process it or use it. If you request information on our products, you voluntarily provide the data for this purpose. We respect your data protection rights, in particular your rights to information on stored data. 
Personal data involves information which can be explicitly used to determine your identity. This includes information such as your name, your postal address or your email address. Personal data is only stored by us in addition to the access data when you voluntarily provide us with this information, e.g. your registration, an inquiry, a contact inquiry, or when ordering CAD data online.
All of the information sent to us is only used for the purpose of providing you with detailed information in a continuously improved service. We will send no information about individual visitors to our website to third persons, nor will we give third persons access to this data. We reserve the right to use data for marketing, development and other commercial purposes for the benefit of ROLLON®. We may make contact with visitors to our website as part of a customer survey in order to determine satisfaction with  ROLLON® products and services.

 

Your data protection rights

  • According to the German Data Protection Act, you have a right to free information on the personal data we have stored concerning your person, and its use.
  • As well as the right, subject to certain conditions, to the correction, blocking or deletion of this data.

According to the Teledata Protection Act you also have the right:

  • To annul at any time without giving any reasons, any authorisation that you may have given for the acquisition, processing and use of internet user data. 

And in addition

  • To be given access at any time to internet user data which may have been stored regarding your person or a pseudonym applying to your person.
